Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally, responsible for overseeing every aspect of our People, Culture, and Culture practices. Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years experience. She's worked in various industries with leaders and their teams to improve business outcomes especially during times when growth is rapid and change occurs through focusing on establishing, aligning, and leading the global strategy of people. Her work as a partner in transforming human and business strategies into strategic goals for companies and plans have included organizational and performance planning, employee engagement and changes management. Infatuated by leadership, she sees team building and learning as a key for competitive advantages. She has been involved in Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized enterprises, helping them develop leadership and coaching programs with the results that have been proven. The experience has helped to create organizations that were open to innovative learning methods and transformed for the benefit of both individuals and teams. Annmarie was inspired to give her talents and energy to help support Learning Ally's mission. In her spare time she provides assistance for a variety of nonprofit organizations. The Castell Project Leadership Development Committee is one of them. The goal of this committee is to develop women as leaders.
