Ali MacGraw
Ali MacGraw (Elizabeth Alice MacGraw) is a American animal rights activist, author also a model, actor and author. Ali MacGraw is famous for movies such as Love Story, Goodbye Columbus and The Getaway. She was drawn to becoming an artist was influenced by her upbringing in a New York family of artists. After working as assistant to photographers, she turned her attention to acting and modeling. She won an award called the Golden Globe Award in 1990 because she was a promising actress. MacGraw's 1970 movie Love Story was an international hit, earning the actress the Academy Award nomination and Golden Globe Award. In just three films, she received the title of top female debut at the box office worldwide. Handprints, signatures and footprints were immortalized in 1972 by Grauman's Chinese Theater. The actress has appeared in a variety of other movies, including The Getaway Convoy Players and the miniseries on TV The Winds of War among many others. The autobiography of MacGraw Moving Pictures was published in 1991. MacGraw was married three times.
